Survived Thanksgiving...Christmas Season is here!

We had a lovely Thanksgiving full of tons of amazing food, even better desserts, and a lot of great family time!  After watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade, it was off to the Granparents' houses.  I opted out of the Black Friday Shopping this year.  Just nothing great that caught my eye....maybe next year?  We shall see!  Friday could have been MUCH better with a Razorback win, but I'm not just a "fair weather fan" so I still have my fingers crossed for a good bowl game!  Go Hogs! :o)

I'm going to enjoy Sunday with the usual routine (a great worship service at church and then dinner at Grandma's) and then plan to finish putting up the Christmas tree tomorrow afternoon/evening.  I'm going to change up my Christmas decor "theme" this year.  After 6 years of burgundy and gold, I think I'm going to try for a more woodsy, rustic feel with a ton of burlap, twine, and outdoor touches...paired with a nice barnyard red accent color!  Excited to see how it turns out!  Pictures to come!

A note on Simple Blessings...we will only be accepting Christmas orders through December 7th!  So that gives you exactly 11 more days to get your orders in.  Visit my Etsy shop or email me at lovesimpleblessings@gmail.com!
